Our team includes Class 1, 2 & 3 licensed drillers, bringing a wealth of expertise in waterwell construction, dewatering, and monitoring bores. This capability ensures every project is completed to the highest standard, meeting both regulatory requirements and client expectations.

Director
Harry is the driving force behind the business, with over a decade of drilling experience across Australia and South America. A Class 2 licensed driller and business owner, he brings strong technical knowledge and a hands-on approach, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and with precision.
Corry Tearoa
Class 1 driller
Corry is a licensed Class 1 Water Well Driller with eight years’ industry experience. He has worked on a wide range of drill rigs, including Dual Rotary and conventional rigs, and has extensive knowledge across all aspects of water well drilling. Corry is known for his strong work ethic, technical capability, and commitment to safe, efficient drilling outcomes.

Marketing | Design
Neve leads the marketing side of the business, making sure our services and expertise are clearly communicated to clients and the wider industry. With a strong eye for detail and a creative approach, she ensures the brand stays professional, approachable, and aligned with the needs of our customers.
Connor Stewart

Connor is an experienced Driller’s Offsider who plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of drilling activities. He supports drilling operations across a range of rigs, assisting with setup, tooling, maintenance, and site safety. Connor is known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and hands-on approach, contributing to efficient and safe drilling outcomes on every site.
Melissa Oliveri
Admin | accounts
Melissa manages the company’s administration and accounts, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. She oversees invoicing, payroll, compliance documentation, and general office coordination. With strong attention to detail and organisation, Melissa plays a key role in keeping operations efficient and projects moving without delay.
